About the Recipe

Follow this simple recipe to make some of the best tasting sparkling lavender lemonade around, visit us in late June through July to harvest your own fresh Folgate for use in this recipe!

Ingredients

Bottled seltzer water (just carbonated water, no sugars added)
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lavender simple syrup (see our recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients (slowly) in pitcher and mix gently. Service over ice and pour leftovers back into the seltzer container and cap to preserve the carbonation.

Optional

Garnish with a sprig of fresh or dried lavender if desired.
