Up to 20 attendees including couple 4 hour booking slots 9am-10pm Cake: Provided by the wedding party. Toast: Provided by the wedding party. Officiant: Provided by wedding party (or) Provided for additional fee due at time of service Photographer: Provided by the wedding party, local suggestions available Floral & Décor: 20 small sachets included, 2 pounds bulk lavender included for lavender toss, 1- 10x10 white pop up tent with one 6 foot table, 20 Chairs provided by the venue, all other décor provided by wedding party. Parking: Provided by venue, signs denoting areas, up to 20 vehicles, special access parking for disabled persons. Sound: Optional sound system provided by venue, play lists must be provided in CD or MP3 format Sanitation: Portable toilets accessible at barn, 1 garbage can with 2 liners and trash removal. Timeline Example: 1 hour wedding couple arrival & 1st look ½ hour ceremony 1 hour photos 1 hour cake cutting, toast, & dance ½ hour photos & departure
