Service Description
Book our field to use for your special day, Cowlitz Falls Lavender will shut down operations for the day to provide the setting for your event. Subject to blackout dates for farm related activities, be sure to read our cancellation policies. This booking is for the whole day, but it will only show a 14 hour block on the calendar. This booking includes: -Use of the lavender field & pergola -Use of the grass parking area (up to 2 acres use) -2 portable toilets (stocked) -2 portable handwashing stations placed where you like (stocked) -4 trash cans and removal of up to 8 bags -Use of 2- 15 amp outlets, and 1- 50 amp 220v outlet (near barn, temporary portable option available) -Use of water at installed locations -Includes permission for dry camping on site (pasture area) The barn is unable to be rented for events.
Cancellation Policy
>90 days: 95% Refunded (covers our processing fees) 30-45 days: 70% Refunded (covers our marketing labor to re-book) 10-30 days: 40% Refunded (covers paid advertisements to re-book) 1-30 days: 20% Refunded (covers additional promotion to re-book) <24hrs: 0% Refunded (covers our complete loss of the booking) You must agree to our service, event, and rental agreement.
